Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to optimize performance. Collaboration with various teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of application features. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements to maintain high availability. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Life Sciences Industry. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged and cloud-based software applications. - Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code development platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with software release management and version control processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - This position is based at our Manila office.
