Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application integration.

Familiarity with software release management and version control.

Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.

This position is based at our Manila office.
