Job Description

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Monitor and evaluate application performance to ensure optimal functionality.

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Experience with system integration and API management.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.

This position is based at our Manila office.
