3+ years of experience in B2B Outbound Sales or SDR/BDR, preferably within SaaS.
Experience with US market dynamics and business culture.
Proven track record of cold calling and generating qualified leads.
Experience with short sales cycles and closing small and medium-sized business accounts.
Expertise in developing relationships with C Level Purchasing Executives.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in the EST working hours.
What will you do?
Conduct 50-70 outbound calls daily to build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Generate leads through web research, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and email campaigns.
Determine client needs and match products/services to meet those needs.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect activities in the CRM (HubSpot, Zoho).
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quota.
