Organizational Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee capability, and business performance.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure that organizational structures, people practices, and development programs are aligned with strategic business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performing culture through organization design, competency management, talent development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate organizational development programs and initiatives.
• Support organization design, workforce planning, and organizational structure reviews.
• Maintain job architecture, job descriptions, and role documentation across the organization.
• Develop and manage competency frameworks, assessment tools, and career development structures.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development programs.
• Facilitate change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Review and improve HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to align people strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or any related field.

Experience

• Experience in a FinTech company or financial services industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in organizational development, talent management, organization design, or related HR functions.
• Working knowledge of workforce planning, competency management, and performance management frameworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications.
