Job Description

Responsible for providing excellent service to customers, assisting with inquiries, coordinating call-to-deliver requests, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions within the store.

  • Provide front-line customer service support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Handle and coordinate call-to-deliver orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
  • Assist customers in navigating store offerings and provide product information as needed.
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer service standards in alignment with company policies and values.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any4-year course
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be customer-focused, approachable, and adaptable to different situations
  • Willing to be assigned in SM Megamall
  • Amenable to work within Mall Hours (including weekends and holidays as scheduled)
