Job Summary

MIS Team Lead supervises employees of the MIS department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensure proper functioning of the organizations information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Being an MIS Team Lead helps business operations group utilize information system in to improve their efficiency. Additionally MIS Team Lead follows appropriate programming procedures. Responds to complex, escalated matters and ensures projects are conducted efficiency and recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.

EDUCATION

Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other IT related course

Work Experience

At least 3 years work experience in IT operations

• Knowledge in hardware and software maintenance
• Basic knowledge in SQL, PHP, C#, C++
• Basic knowledge in SAP (optional)
• Knowledge in Excel
