Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in MIS, IT management, systems administration, ERP management, or business systems support.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ERP systems (such as SAP or similar platforms)
- Database management (SQL)
- Network and server administration
- Business intelligence and reporting tools
- Data analysis and information management
- Experience leading IT projects and managing technical teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain management reports and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is often preferred.
- Manage the company's information systems and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and availability.
- Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, and user support.
- Generate management reports and business analytics.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve business processes through technology.
- Lead IT staff and external vendors when necessary.
