We Are Looking For a Marketing Executive Who Will

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies in the Philippines to strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth, and increase market share. The role reports to the Marketing Manager, Philippines, and works closely with the Sales Team and other support functions to implement effective marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager and Sales Team in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies and activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Propose, organize, and execute marketing events, campaigns, and exhibits.
• Ensure effective distribution and utilization of marketing and merchandising materials.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and other support departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related courses.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to generate innovative ideas to improve marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
• Strong business acumen with a high level of integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and pressure-filled environment.
• Willingness to travel locally as required (approximately 10–20%).
