Salary: P40,000 - 55,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail marketing or coordination, preferably with exposure to omni-channel marketing.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in writing marketing briefs, campaign documentation, or implementation instructions.
  • Exposure to media including mass, digital, social, or print is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with campaign management or workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com).
  • Experience with CMS platforms, asset management, or POS production systems is ESSENTIAL.
  • Social media experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Willing to work Officebased.

What will you do?

  • Support Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager in managing the marketing calendar and brand activations.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, design briefs, asset approvals, and ensure consistent brand execution.
  • Assist with budget tracking, asset management, and post-campaign reporting to improve marketing processes.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including briefing, proofing, and asset production for POS, print, and digital materials.
  • Support campaign execution using tools like media portals, in-store radio management, and budget tracking systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
  • Help incorporate customer insights and store feedback into campaign planning and reporting.
  • Support community-focused initiatives and values-based campaigns.
