Maintenance Scheduler UK Property Services Hybrid

Salary Package: PHP 40, 000 - 60, 000

Schedule: 4:00PM to 1:00AM Manila Time (subject to UK daylight savings adjustment)

Work Setup: Hybrid 2x Onsite

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• At least 2 years of experience scheduling field engineers, technicians, or trade operatives
• Minimum 2 years' experience in social housing repairs or reactive maintenance (highly desirable).
• Experience planning and allocating work for trade operatives or field engineers.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems (training provided).
• Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  
  

What will you do?

• Schedule and allocate jobs to engineers based on priority, location, and availability.
• Monitor and optimise job allocation using Bell's internal IT and CAFM systems.
• Communicate with UK customers to arrange or reschedule appointments via phone, SMS, or email.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy, ensuring job notes, photos, and videos are correctly uploaded.
• Issue and close subcontractor jobs, confirming all required documentation is present.
• Respond to client and customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage incoming emails and action items as required.
• Clear system dashboards daily and complete follow‑up tasks.
• Ensure appointments are completed within agreed timeframes and performance targets.
• Work closely with UK Contract Managers to review and close operational reports.
