Job Description

Ensure the property facilities are maintained to schedule, based on appropriate standards, safe and fit for purpose through planned and unplanned maintenance response.
Efficient management of maintenance records of equipment manuals, user guides, maintenance practices and repair work done on all facilities and equipment
Ensure that all maintenance activities are done in accordance with company policy and environment, health and safety guidelines
Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards and comply with all government regulations through maintenance plans and programs
