Job Description

As a Junior Marketing Operations & Reporting Specialist, youll support performance reporting, maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insights that help marketing teams optimize campaigns. Youll work across systems, reports, and analytics to strengthen data-driven decision-making in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

Required:

  • 1-2 years experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or digital marketing reporting (internships or entry-level experience welcome)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly
  • Organized, process-oriented, and proactive problem-solver

Preferred:

  • Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking and attribution models
  • Exposure to Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environment

Your Daily Tasks

Marketing Performance & Reporting

  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports
  • Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline contribution
  • Set up tracking parameters (UTMs, campaign IDs) and ensure data integrity
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Digital Team for insights and optimizations
  • Prepare performance summaries and executive reports

Data Management & Integrity

  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Conduct regular data audits and hygiene activities
  • Manage data imports, segmentation, and audience lists
  • Assist with lead lifecycle, attribution, and tracking frameworks

Marketing Systems & Process Support

  • Support setup and maintenance of CRM, automation, and analytics integrations
  • Document reporting and campaign processes
  • Assist with campaign setup and testing
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, automation, and operations
