Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9PM - 6AM/10PM - 7AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• At least 4+ years of experience on a similar role
• Expertise in investment principles, asset allocation and portfolio management.
• Background in banking and/or financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Excel VBA is a plus for tasks involving automation and streamlining coding processes.

What will you do?

Client Reporting & Presentations

• Draft and update client investment presentations, encompassing performance reports and market analysis.
• Maintain and update forecasting models for private investment portfolio.
  
  

Investment Database & Performance Monitoring:

• Manage the Private Investment Database, ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation and asset value tracking.
  
  

Portfolio Analysis, Management & Modeling:

• Perform diagnostic analysis and create rebalancing plans on client portfolios and execute Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment.
  
  

Investment Compliance & Operations:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC.
• Coordinate with custodians for accurate cost basis reconciliation.
• Manage private investment subscriptions and account openings.
