Job Overview

The Inventory Planning & Control Manager oversees inventory planning, warehouse inventory governance, and financial inventory controls to ensure stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and warehouse inventory management.
• Analyze inventory trends, stock aging, and inventory turnover.
• Oversee inventory audits, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Develop inventory control strategies to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SAP Business One for inventory monitoring and reporting.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
• Implement inventory process improvements and internal controls.
• Manage inventory control personnel and warehouse inventory performance.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory management within FMCG.
• Must have experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong expertise in inventory analysis, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
