Information Technology Engineer

Your Role

• Maintaining high system availability, optimized performance, and a strong security posture across on-premises and cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot incidents and deliver advanced support for IT infrastructure and applications.
• Supporting and maintaining AWS cloud environments, including EC2, S3, IAM, networking, and security policies.
• Administering and managing Office 365 E3 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.

Your Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Information Technology Engineer, DevOps, Systems Administrator, or System Engineer.
• Extensive hands-on experience in administering Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint administration, and other applications within Office 365 E3.
• Proficient in PowerShell or other scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Customer service oriented.
• Adaptable and forward-thinking, capable of performing technology research and POC testing to support continuous improvement of IT processes.

Plus points if you have:

• Hands-on expertise in Linux.
• Experience in AWS and other cloud platform.
