In-House Lawyer
based in Mandaluyong/Quezon City. The role involves managing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, reviewing corporate contracts, and representing the organization in legal proceedings.
Key Eligibility Criteria
Must be a graduate of Juris Doctor (JD).
Must be a certified bar passer.
At least 10 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, and/or labor law practice.
Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City and Ortigas.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Provide legal opinions and advice on matters affecting company operations, including general commercial, corporation, taxation, and labor laws.
Draft and review contracts, company policies, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Ensure full compliance with government agency regulations.
Conduct legal due diligence and research pertinent to the business.
Assist in domestic and international company formations and corporate housekeeping matters.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiate deals.
Protect The Company Against Legal Risks And Liabilities.
