Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in hydropower or dam project engineering support.
Experience in implementing and monitoring HSE strategies in infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
Proven track record in safety training coordination and reporting.

Skills/Knowledge

Strong knowledge of hydropower and civil engineering principles.
Thorough understanding of HSE standards and risk management.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Competency in report writing and data management.
Experience with project management and document control software (e.g., Aconex).
Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
