HR Transformation Officer

The HR Transformation Officer improves HR operations and drives continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology. You’ll partner with HR leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that simplify processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience as we enable the business to deliver its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Re-engineer and redesign HR processes end-to-end to drive efficiencies, reduce redundancies, and bring improvement opportunities across strategy, business partnering and service teams.
  • Document processes, procedures, and policies clearly and maintain updated playbooks and process maps for consistent execution across teams.
  • Implement quality management frameworks and routines such as metrics reviews, and root cause analysis to monitor performance and sustain service excellence within the HR organization.
  • Lead the rollout of transformation initiatives by coordinating with HR leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seemless change management.
  • Conduct Research and benchmark HR trends and best practices to enable process improvements and data-driven decision-making among teams.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR Technology teams to optimize HR systems and roll out automation, ensuring that process improvements are technology driven.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or Organization development, ideally within a corporate or shared services environment.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement and change methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Passionate about innovation, employee experience, and reimagining how HR delivers value to the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage.
