Job Description

The HR Training and Development Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee skills, performance, and productivity by identifying training needs, coordinating learning sessions, and assisting in the creation of instructional materials.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or its equivalent.
At least 3-6 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection or Training and Organizational Development.
Exposure in other facets of Human Resources is an advantage.
Organized and excellent time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Personable and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
