Schedule: Monday- Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

HR Operations (Onboarding)

Deliver a consistent, accurate, and well-coordinated onboarding and hiring experience across by managing end-to-end onboarding, HRIS data entry (SuccessFactors), and offboarding processes in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities Onboarding & HR Administration

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring all records, documentation, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain onboarding records in SharePoint and track progress across all onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate completion of onboarding requirements in SuccessFactors (personal data, compliance forms, e-signatures).
  • Liaise with hiring managers to confirm start dates, logistics, and onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding communications, including welcome emails and Day 1 instructions.
  • Arrange IT, assets, and access requirements for new hires.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively resolve delays or compliance gaps.

HRIS & Data Management (SuccessFactors)

  • Input and maintain accurate new hire data in SuccessFactors.
  • Validate data integrity and ensure all required fields and documentation are complete.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR data standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or data-related issues.

Position & Offboarding Management

  • Create and maintain position records in SuccessFactors aligned with workforce plans.
  • Support managers with position-related queries and system processes.
  • Manage offboarding processes, ensuring all system actions and compliance requirements are completed.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and support improvements in HR processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance onboarding efficiency and experience.
