Salary: 60,000-65,000 PHP

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:00AM-3:00PM PHT)

Holiday: Victoria, Australia Holiday

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Experience in HR Operations, HR People Services or a similar HR administration environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience processing employment changes within a HRIS; Success Factors experience is mandatory.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using SharePoint, including working with SharePoint lists is highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements is required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

What will you do?

  • Sit at the heart of HR Operations and manage critical employment changes that directly impact people's working lives.
  • Govern and coordinate Job Change activities which are currently partially manual, utilizing high-level coordination and judgment.
  • Play an active role in a 6-8 month transitional initiative to progressively systemize HR Operations workflows within SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Operations Manager as a business process subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to HR process design, actively support user/system testing, and help embed future-state processes securely within the function.
  • Maintain ongoing governance accountability for coordinating Job Change activities as the digital delivery methods evolve.
  • Prepare and thoroughly review key employment documentation to ensure it remains clear, highly accurate, and compliant with standards.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders and manage downstream process impacts to ensure a seamless, well-managed employee experience.
