HR Assistant Sourcing Urgent

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop sourcing strategies for the companys various openings.
• Work closely with the recruiters and department managers to understand hiring needs.
• Make use of multiple sourcing channels by networking (job boards, social media, job fairs, etc.) to produce a steady stream of qualified candidates.
• Come up with new sourcing channels by networking/partnering with new entities.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on sourcing progress, challenges, and insights.
• Together with recruiters, help maintain trackers and facilitate providing feedback to candidates.
  
  
  

• A graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment is an advantage.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and flexible.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced enviroment with a sense of urgency.
