Job Overview

• Responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards
• This role supervises housekeeping staff, assigns tasks, and ensures high-quality service delivery
  
  

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the housekeeping team, including room and public attendants
• Inspects rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to the Hotels standards
• Trains new team members and provides refresher to existing attendants on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Schedules staff shifts and assign duties to ensure efficient coverage
• Addresses guest or resident complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Prepares reports on housekeeping performance and occupancy status
  
  

• Bachelors degree holder; hospitality-related training is an advantage
• at least 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping field, preferably in a supervisory role
• experience in hotel, or resort housekeeping and knowledge of housekeeping software or property management systems are advantage
• with knowledge on cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
• strong organizational and time-management skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• ability to lead and motivate a team
• basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
