Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Management Reporting & Business Finance to oversee financial planning, business analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting and financial planning functions.
• Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to senior management.
• Evaluate business performance, margins, and operating costs.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
• Ensure timely preparation of executive reports and dashboards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, including Management Accounting or FP&A.
• Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Food Service, or FMCG.
• Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Amenable to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
