Full Stack Engineer

Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and apply an agile mindset to solve complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IFS Field Service Management FSM. - Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with database management systems and API development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IFS Field Service Management FSM. - This position is based at our Manila office.
