About the Role

You will build and maintain Customer Admin, our strategic back-office platform used by Customer Service and Compliance teams. Customer Admin is a high-volume, data-rich operational tool where UI clarity, correctness, and performance directly impact agent efficiency and regulatory outcomes. This is not a generic website role — it is an operational admin platform with complex state, permissions, and workflows.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain React + TypeScript user interfaces for Customer Admin journeys (search, search results, account views, dashboards, status bars).
• Integrate with backend BFFs and REST APIs, implementing role-based, permission-aware UI behaviour and
• member-context-driven state.
• Build performant, accessible, and testable components with strong attention to UX and data presentation.
• Work closely with backend engineers and product to implement operational workflows end-to-end.
• Contribute to frontend standards: component design, testing patterns, and code review.
• Participate in debugging and performance analysis of live operational tooling.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience building data-heavy, interactive UIs (tables, filters, dashboards, forms).
• Confident working with REST APIs and managing complex UI state.
• Comfortable running and debugging local multi-service environments using Docker.
• Strong understanding of component testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Solid SQL skills and confidence troubleshooting data issues.

Nice To Have

• Experience with modern UI automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
• Experience with API automation tools (e.g. REST-based test frameworks).
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and test execution as part of pipelines.
• Experience testing operational or regulated systems (iGaming, fintech, compliance).
• Experience working closely with developers in a shift-left / quality-embedded model.
