Job Overview

The Finance Operations Head will oversee finance operations, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple brands and business units. This role requires a finance leader with strong operational finance experience from FMCG, retail, or F&B organizations.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially driven, and experienced in supporting fast-paced, high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations including management accounting, financial planning, and reporting functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy of management reports.
• Lead finance support for retail, restaurant, and operational business units.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve profitability and financial efficiency.
• Oversee and mentor Management Accountants assigned across brands.
• Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Analyze business performance trends and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support leadership in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Ensure timely submission of financial analyses and executive reports.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Must be a CPA or CMA.
• At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong experience in:
• Management Accounting
• FP&A
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Financial Reporting
• Commercial Finance
  
• Background from FMCG, retail, QSR, or food service industries is highly preferred.
• Experience managing finance teams in multi-brand or large-scale environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
