Finance Commercial Lead

Oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.

Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business operations outcomes while delivering value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with business leads to drive financial performance, understanding and mitigating business risks, managing investments, and providing guidance to your team to ensure optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Commercial PMO. - Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions. - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. - Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial PMO. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
