Job Description


Overview: The Enterprise Business Development Specialist supports the Senior Manager and the team by managing full ECR engagements with third-party partners, vendors, and merchants. The role is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with Maya merchants through enhanced payment solutions, covering the entire process from integration to onboarding. It also involves working closely with potential third-party partners such as system integrators and software providers to drive end-to-end solutions.



What you will be doing:

  • Lead ECR and Oracle POS–PMS integrations, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, partners, and third-party vendors through consistent performance monitoring and prompt issue resolution.
  • Identify, develop, and initiate new business opportunities with third-party partners/vendors and current merchants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, drive process improvements, and deliver enhanced payment experiences.
  • Ensure all activities, policies, and procedures adhere to corporate standards and business direction.
  • Support the manager and team in driving business development efforts to maximize opportunities with existing and potential partners.
  • Oversee timely and efficient service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage financial aspects with partners/vendors, including monthly settlements and one-time fees.
  • Develop and present business cases to support process enhancements and operational improvements.



What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience or strong knowledge in Oracle systems and OPI (Oracle Payment Interface).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Opera and Symphony, as well as payment provider integrations.
  • Solid background in business development support and third-party partner/vendor management, with the ability to align and coordinate across internal teams.
  • Skilled in managing and negotiating commercials with partners and vendors.
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end integration, including pitching, contract negotiation, SLA setup, UAT coordination, and onboarding.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
  • Highly capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently under tight deadlines.
