Salary: P40,000 - 55,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years experience in administration and data entry with exceptional accuracy.
  • Background in retail, ideally within an omni-channel environment.
  • Hands-on eCommerce experience, including product lifecycle management, content enrichment, and optimisation.
  • Strong skills in digital asset management and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) and advanced Photoshop capabilities. (essential)
  • Experience with content management systems such as Hybris, Magento, or WordPress. (essential)
  • A creative mindset paired with strong commercial awareness.
  • A proactive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about products and brand.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong customer-first approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.


  • What will you do?

    • Upload and maintain all active products and packages online with 100% accuracy by their live date.
    • Manage categorisation, pricing, lead times, restrictions, and product lifecycle transitions.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality product descriptions, images, videos, and supporting material.
    • Improve online product visibility, attractiveness, and accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Apply strategic changes in product placement, promotions, and cross-selling to increase conversions and average order value.
    • Analyse site performance and competitor strategies to identify new merchandising opportunities.
    • Recommend enhancements to site design, promotional tactics, and customer experience.
