Campaign Mastery: Craft and refine digital media campaigns targeting our core market across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram. Utilize the full spectrum of advertising tool features for campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using key media metrics (e.g., ROAS, CMR, CM) across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram. Apply insights gained to optimize future efforts.
Sales & Lead Generation
End-to-end daily execution and maintenance of Lead Generation initiatives across email, SMS, automated programs, forms (pop-overs & embeds), lists and segments to drive customer engagement and retention.
Campaign Management: Manage the strategy, setup, and deployment of all email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate sends/segmentation, tracking, and timely execution.
Copywriting: Develop copy for email and SMS briefs, pop-overs, etc. aligned with brand voice and objectives.
Automation Ownership: Build and optimize customer lifecycle programs (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Browse, Post-Purchase, Winback, Loyalty, etc.) to maximize conversion and retention.
Data & Growth: Develop and implement lead generation strategies through research, pop-ups and sign-up forms to grow the newsletter base.
Strategy, Reporting & Optimization: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance, conduct campaign post-mortems, and apply data insights, trends, best practices and other research to refine strategies. Propose and test new email/SMS tactics, including A/B testing, creative messaging, and segmentation enhancements.
Planning: Maintain the monthly Lead Generation calendar and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to align content seamlessly.
General
Collaboration and Negotiation: Collaborate closely with multiple teams in the company such
as Graphic Designers, Web, Social Media, Paid Media, Brand, Sales and Marketing to strategize and produce seamless output. Engage with account managers from TikTok, Meta, Google, and Instagram to secure added value for our company, ensuring our advertising efforts are efficient and impactful.
Admin: Record and track monthly billings, invoices, and campaign stats. Maintain organized documentation of performance reports and finances.
Important Skills: Should be an organized worker, fast learner, and can thrive in fast paced environments.
Experience in DotDigital, Klaviyo, Attentive or similar platforms is a plus.
