Job Description:

Supervise the daily tasks of the staff and team lead.
Oversee staff requirements/allocations.
Keep track of the Client and staff reports like work tracker, evaluations, etc.
Lead research on new insurance billing guidelines and benefits.
Handle staff concerns and issues.
Managing client complaints and resolving the issues.
Oversee collections and ARs.
Follow team and/or clients proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

2-3 years of medical or dental billing preferred
Knowledge of Insurance Billing Guidelines and Accounts Receivable.
Experience managing both staff and Team Leads; knows how to handle personnel issues and keep the team motivated.
Skilled at leading research on insurance billing guidelines and staying ahead of industry benefit changes.
