Demand Planning Specialist

Role Overview

• Implements Demand Planning Process (Pre Demand Review and Demand Review) for the assigned account with the objective to come up with a single operating plan that is aligned to the business objectives.
• Analyze the rolled forecast if realistic or not based on the latest trends, ie SO data covers MST/POS, competitive UPOS, Homepanel & other relevant data.
• Gives input in the joint planning with TMG and Brand to roll up forecast that assumes Trade Channel Plans & Marketing Plans.
• With minimal supervision, regular Fieldwork to see actual trade programs executions and gather inputs from accounts or trade partners.
• Prepares Supply Outlook, Freshness Report, Co-locates SDI and stocking level and initiates taskforce meetings for the assigned account to discuss supply risks or address / mitigate risks to business.
• Executes promo evaluation of programs implemented for the assigned account to assess, learn, document and input in the next planning cycle.
• Creates initial promo evaluation of programs implemented to assess, learn, document and input in the next planning cycle.
  
  

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Accountancy, or Mathematics
• At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields
