ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Recruiting Associate Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The Recruitment Partner is responsible driving the overall recruiting strategy, demand in conjunction with the Recruiting Service Lead, as well as delivering end-to-end recruitment for the service areas RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage end to end recruitment responsibilities for the Service Group assigned

Work with a team of recruiting professionals who are responsible for executing the recruitment plan

Partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of their business priorities. Formulate and recommend recruitment strategies that will support achievement of these priorities

Report on status, effectiveness and quality of sourcing efforts, team member productivity/activity and issues, recommend actions to Recruitment Lead

Ensure that sourcing processes are innovative and effective. Recommend and implement process improvements.

Utilise reporting to drive recruitment source channel optimization & provide accurate, real time data and insightful analytics

Use data and analytics to shape strategy and make informed recruitment decisions

Provide operational support to Recruitment Lead Process:

Help drive end to end recruitment process to ensure business demand is met

Work with recruiting team to monitor and evaluate selection process and ensure it is meeting the needs of the business

Identify cost reduction opportunities and opportunities to further streamline recruiting processes

Manage relevant business and candidate escalations

Manage some operational 360 degree recruitment responsibilties Business and HR Interface:

Develop and manage relationships with Accenture ANZ Business Leads & HR Partners to understand their business objectives and provide recruitment progress updates

Ensure that business and HR are updated on the status of the overall recruiting pipeline and metrics, initiatives underway and challenges/ risks

Collaborate with the other Service Recruiting Leads, Talent Planning leads and Marketing to develop appropriate recruiting activities and processes and ensure consistency/ standardisation in recruiting practices

Work closely with Talent Supply team to understand demand and manage workbench input and updates Interaction Within Recruitment: ANZ Recruitment Director, Recruitment Lead, ANZ Operations & Reporting Lead, Sourcing Team, Recruiters Within HR, the Business, and other ACN groups: HR Business Partner(s), Talent Planning Team, Future Enterprise Team OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 7-8 years work experience in Internal or Agency recruitment function within Consulting

Strong experience sourcing via Social Media, Employee Referrals, Alumni channels

Team building, people development and coaching

Experience working in an RPO environment is preferred

Exposure to supporting Australia & New Zealand in a big plus
