ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Controllership Sr Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The role supports intercompany and statutory reporting activities by ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of financial requirements. It focuses on maintaining strong financial control through quality reconciliations, supporting regulatory reporting (e.g., PEZA and tax), and contribution. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support in statutory engagements by delivering required data and reports accurately and on time

Prepare and analyze financial reports (e.g., flux analysis, FS reviews, reconciliation decks) to support internal and external stakeholders

Monitor margin performance and initiate true-up requests when required

Generate recurring reports for compliance teams, particularly PEZA and Tax

Maintain key master data elements such as company codes and charge types

Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed, reviewed, and resolved within defined timelines and quality standards

Follow proper escalation protocols for unresolved issues

Contribute to process improvements and continuous finance innovation initiatives

Take on additional operational tasks as assigned OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3-5 years RTR or general accounting experience

SAP experience is required BUT also open to resources without SAP experience as long as the core is RTR or general accounting

Knowledgeable in MS Excel, i.e., pivot, vlookup, xlookup
