Job Description

ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Controllership Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle indirect tax operations (ST/VAT/GST) of assigned country/region

Accounting for VAT/GST on intercompany transactions between affiliate companies

Accounting for input tax credit, execute amendments as appropriate

Accounting for output tax liability, execute amendments as appropriate

Determine and discharge net tax liability and execute tax reconciliations (filing vs accounting) Preparation of tax computations and endorsement to reviewer and approver before filing – ITR, EWT, FWT, WTW, VAT, FBT and others

Preparation of Income Tax Entries and Tax Disclosure in the Financial Statements

Assist Tax team in disposing tax queries from third party consultants related to Tax operations

Prepare Global Tax Reporting requirements through OneSource – Forecast, Provision, True-Up and Others

Respond to stakeholders’ tax queries

Respond to tax queries from other Accenture departments – RTP, RTR, Treasury, CFM and Others

Recommend adjusting entries related to taxes

Handle preparation of various schedules and working papers for BIR audits

Reconciliation of various tax accounts for the current year (returns vs. books)

Handle and ensure compliance with LGU on tax/permits processing (PEZA 2% share and business permit application/renewal)/ as needed – for closed/new Accenture sites

In charge of file maintenance for tax returns filed and applicable working papers.

Identify and participate in process improvements and initiatives

Document process improvements and process flows

Others – adhoc reports /audit support. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year of training, teaching or communication skills coaching experience in a BPO setting

At least 1 year Contact Center experience

Excellent Training Delivery and Classroom Management Skills, coaching and mentoring skills

Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles

With LPA score of B2

Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to MS Teams
