Can interpret and analyze data that aid leads and executives in monitoring and controlling project or service performance against the plan. Has good communication, coordination, and action tracking skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: A Project Management Office (PMO) within a government organization requires a distinct set of skills and competencies to ensure the effective delivery of projects, compliance with regulations, and alignment with public sector objectives. This skill set is designed for recruitment purposes and targets candidates with experience in government environments. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform resource tracking, typically involving execution of standard and project specific roll in and roll off processes, as well as supporting the demand management process.
  • Perform cost and expense tracking, data analysis and execution of cost control processes. This typically involves the creation of certain pre-defined financial metrics as well as performing ad-hoc analysis and reconciliation as required
  • Perform project financial tracking and reporting which may include actual and forecast reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, develop new processes, or enhance for existing processes where required including maintenance plans, procedural documentation, and custom tools
  • Participate in IAS capability building, service delivery standardization and client quality and risk management activities as subject matter expert for service areas or tools
  • Work effectively in a team and help his team lead in distributing and managing delivery of tasks and output performed by or with other members of his project(s). Skills:
  • Can support multiple project teams and work with different project leads and stakeholders at the same time
  • Has keen eye for details and diligent and thorough in performing repetitive tasks
  • With good oral and written English communication skills to support a client facing role
  • With good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Service-oriented, client-focused, and confident. Government-Specific Experience & Knowledge:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing public sector projects (e.g., procurement, privacy, security).
  • Public Sector Procurement: Experience with government procurement processes, contract management, and vendor relations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including elected officials, department heads, and community representatives.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in preparing official reports, briefings, and documentation to meet government standards and transparency requirements. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2


  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 2 years work experience in Project management or Program Management
  • A Project management within a government organization requires a distinct set of skills to ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and alignment with public sector objectives. Government-Specific Experience & Knowledge
  • Familiarity with relevant policies and regulations governing public sector projects.
  • Experience with government procurement processes, contract/vendor management.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (e.g. officials, department heads etc.)
  • Skilled in preparing official reports and documentation to meet government standards.
