• ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: HR Program & Operations AnalystWORK SETUP: HybridOVERALL PURPOSE:Under the direct supervision of the BSSE System and Tools lead, the BSSE HR Program and Operations Analyst for System and Tools will act as a project manager for Technology-related projects identified for implementation locally or globally to support end-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding.RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate P3/P4 service requests for Recruitment and Onboarding and Employee Services
• Act as subject matter expert and perform user acceptance testing during tool testing phase, provide feedback as necessary and monitor resolution of issues prior deployment.
• Provide basic consultation on Recruitment and Employee Services Tools
• Coordinate with external vendors & internal stakeholders locally and globally from Pre-Implementation (i.e. Project Planning, Functional Requirements Scoping, QA/Testing, Deployment), to Post-Implementation (i.e. Vendor performance review)
• Formulate and project manage strategic initiatives to improve HRS Tools and Applications
• Conduct Risk and Impact assessments on initiatives and provide recommendationsOTHERS:Project Shift Schedule: Morning ShiftProject Rest Day: Weekends OffProject/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR systems support, HR technology, HR operations, or business process/technology enablement
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and/or external vendors
• Working knowledge of HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, other HRIS platforms
• Experience in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), test script creation, and defect tracking
• Familiarity with project management methodologies Basic understanding of HR operational processes across Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Services
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation, reporting, and process mapping
• Knowledge in data validation, change impact analysis, and risk/controls assessment is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including ability to work with global teams and external vendors
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently
