Facilitate P3/P4 service requests for Recruitment and Onboarding and Employee Services
Act as subject matter expert and perform user acceptance testing during tool testing phase, provide feedback as necessary and monitor resolution of issues prior deployment.
Provide basic consultation on Recruitment and Employee Services Tools
Coordinate with external vendors & internal stakeholders locally and globally from Pre-Implementation (i.e. Project Planning, Functional Requirements Scoping, QA/Testing, Deployment), to Post-Implementation (i.e. Vendor performance review)
Formulate and project manage strategic initiatives to improve HRS Tools and Applications
Conduct Risk and Impact assessments on initiatives and provide recommendationsOTHERS:Project Shift Schedule: Morning ShiftProject Rest Day: Weekends OffProject/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR systems support, HR technology, HR operations, or business process/technology enablement
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and/or external vendors
Working knowledge of HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, other HRIS platforms
Experience in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), test script creation, and defect tracking
Familiarity with project management methodologies Basic understanding of HR operational processes across Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Services
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation, reporting, and process mapping
Knowledge in data validation, change impact analysis, and risk/controls assessment is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including ability to work with global teams and external vendors
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently
