ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Contracting Counsel Associate Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Contracting lawyers in Legal organization coordinate and deliver legal, contract and commercial counsel in support of the business. Our Contracting lawyers identify, manage and mitigate contractual risk, ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies, while RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently, and help to, structure, negotiate and close client transactions to be most advantageous from a legal and business perspective

Strategize with senior Contracting lawyers and internal business clients prior to client negotiations

Stay abreast of developments affecting the company, its clients, and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into company’s transactional practices

Educate and advise company executives with respect to legal and risk management issues

Develop subject matter expertise in one of more areas that benefit Legal and/or our business

Participate in developing internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge capital on various legal and business issues

Support, promote and implement Accenture Legal initiatives

Embrace and evolve to gain expertise in seven Contracting attributes, including becoming a pathfinder, an architect, as well as a business-minded, nonconformist, inspired, relevant and technology-enabled contracting lawyer OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 7-8 years of experience in legal services

At least 4 years of experience in contract reviews and negotiation, preferably Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property (IP) contracts, commercial contracts, loan agreements, and other types of contracts

Supervisory experience not required

With good comms skills as this role is client facing

Resource should be licensed to practice Law in the Phils

Understand basic principles of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Management is preferred only, NOT required

Open to any industry
