• Invoice Collection: To proactively collect and archive in a timely manner the customers utility invoice directly from electricity, gas and water suppliers websites as well as directly from email, faxes, and mail.
• Half hourly Data Collection: To request and collect half hourly interval data from the relevant provider on a regular basis. The interval data to be processed and loaded into the required system in an accurate and timely manner to support Energy Practice business processes.
• Fetching Data from the Web: Some of the data, such as prices, will need to be fetched from specific websites that publish those values.
• Archiving: Information will be uploaded into the internal database, paper-based documents will be scanned, and electronic versions archived.
• Keeping key managers up to date: Updating on an automatic and regular basis key managers on data collection progress with supporting KPIs
• Process Mapping: Identifying areas of improvements in the established processes, involving key managers.
• Writing Data Collection Manual: The production of a manual for guidance that will be published and all aspects of the job being undertaken by everyone and the systems they will use.

• With at least 6 months combined relevant work experience in Global Sourcing or Category ManagementProfile Flexes:
• Base profile is in Global Sourcing or Category Management or Procurement, Global Procurement
• Utility and Procurement experience/background should be nice-to-have only
• Analytics is also nice-to-have only
• Reporting writing skill and communication as also preferred
• Should we encounter challenges mid-hiring, project should be open for level amendments and/or profile should be flexed to standard procurement only
• College Graduates only
