Data Processing Agent

Description

We are looking for a Data Processing Agent to help us analyze user-provided data and resolve product issues. This role will utilize various data tools, such as Google Maps, Street View, and heat maps, to reconstruct user issues and propose preventive measures.

• Issue Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations on user-reported detour issues, analyze the causes, and summarize problem patterns.
• Data Validation and Cleaning: Validate and clean map data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of geographic information.
• Advanced Analysis: Use data analysis tools to deeply analyze map data and issues, and provide data-driven optimization suggestions.
• Report Writing: Write detailed analysis reports for the team and management to reference.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify root causes of issues.
• Utilize Google Maps, Street View, and heat maps for data visualization and trend analysis.
• Propose product improvements to prevent similar issues.
• Write user experience reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure effective implementation of user experience optimization measures.
  
  

• Bachelors degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and visualization tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and heat map tools is a plus.
