Customer Service Representative US Car Rental Office-based

Salary: P35,000 - P40,000 monthly package

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PHT)

Regular Schedule: To be determined

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role
• MUST HAVE working experience supporting a client in the car rental/booking/travel industry
• Must be amenable to work in a shifting schedule
• Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in or knowledge of cars/vehicles is an advantage i.e. type of cars.
  
  

What will you do?

• Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service.
• Handling any rental customer queries / bill queries.
• Supporting customers with rental bookings, changes or cancellations.
• Delivering prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone (GoTo Softphone PC App) and online chat (ZenDesk), etc.
• Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
• Providing feedback to managers on customer service issues to branches.
• Increasing feedback and star ratings for all branches.
