As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open HS graduates (old curriculum) and SHS graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong City
• Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
