As a Customer Experience Operations Associate, you will be part of the Pio Service Department, supporting the operational requirements of the Customer Service team. You will play a key role in coordinating customer-related projects, conducting case research, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience for Focus Global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Operations Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
Assist in the execution of customer service initiatives and operational activities.
Prepare customer case details and conduct research to support senior Customer Relations team members.
Project Coordination & Monitoring
Monitor the progress of customer installation and servicing projects to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records and updates related to customer cases and service requests.
Help identify potential issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer and brand requirements.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to support smooth service operations.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
Experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, or project coordination
Familiarity with customer case management, service operations, or process coordination
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
