About the Role

As a Customer Experience Operations Associate, you will be part of the Pio Service Department, supporting the operational requirements of the Customer Service team. You will play a key role in coordinating customer-related projects, conducting case research, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience for Focus Global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Operations Support
    • Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
    • Assist in the execution of customer service initiatives and operational activities.
    • Prepare customer case details and conduct research to support senior Customer Relations team members.
  • Project Coordination & Monitoring
    • Monitor the progress of customer installation and servicing projects to ensure timely completion.
    • Maintain accurate records and updates related to customer cases and service requests.
    • Help identify potential issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer and brand requirements.
    • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to support smooth service operations.
    • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

  • Experience in customer service, operations, administrative support, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with customer case management, service operations, or process coordination
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Work Details

  • Location: Pioneer, Mandaluyong
  • Setup: Full onsite
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
