Role Overview

Sales

  • Formulates effective and strategic sales programs fit for the territory/ hospitals to safeguard competitive advantage
  • Conducts weekly sales tracking, monitors and drives key accounts through consistent weekly visits at key accounts
  • Implements monthly physical count and inventory analysis by checking warehouses and shelves
  • Dominates and captures market share on all product categories, implements assertive formulary inclusion strategies especially on new products or brands with existing competitors products, aggressive molecule domination, therapeutic/category management by building a strong network at various levels of hospital management, tapping of relevant medical societies through sponsorships, product presentations and other CME programs, consistent business team coordination and dialogue to update current status of each accounts
  • Establishes sustainable and effective relationship with the key opinion leaders and decision makers of the accounts
  • Partners with internal stakeholders in the delivery of products to hospitals and fulfillment of orders according to agreed specifications and SLAs

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Conducts accounts receivable reconciliation by consistently tracking each accounts payments are within approved payment terms
  • Ensures STK remittance by regular uploading of collected cheques, implementation of A/R efficiency monitoring that would generate excellent collection performance

Program Management

  • Prepares, presents and implements approved project proposal to top key accounts or potential high performing key accounts
  • Follows strict utilization and monitoring of budget, and critical program evaluation of key accounts with significant budget or program allocation

Account Profile

  • Consistently monitors assigned account profile, carry out Rx survey and census in hospital accounts, reviews inventory and offtake data, analyze internal data

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Management or Health-related courses
  • With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Sales and Accounts Management
  • With strong negotiation skills and basic knowledge on Microsoft
