Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management techniques. - Experience with responsive design principles to ensure applications function well across devices. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to optimize front-end performance and troubleshoot complex issues. - Knowledge of integrating front-end components with backend services and APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Manila office.
