Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance work, while also contributing to the development of new features and functionalities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
