Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable and efficient. Working within an agile environment, the engineer continuously refines and adapts software to align with evolving project goals and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.

Experience with integrating custom solutions within complex software ecosystems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.

Proficient in designing scalable and maintainable software components.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.

This position is based at our Manila office.
