Client Service Support - Asset Transfer & Reconciliation (US Wealth & Asset Management, Onsite - Mandaluyong City)

Salary: P80,000 - P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Requirements

In this position, the candidate will work with our internal Client Service Team to support our clients unique financial operations requirements. These activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Transfer of Assets Reconciliation
  • Bulk Journal Reconciliation
  • Document management support- via automation and manually from various portals
    • Collect and file account statements and tax documents
    • Maintain statement and tax automation maps
    • Canoe API recon
  • Monitor custodial account alerts, determine action required
  • Check pre-loaded cap calls
  • Maintain client accounts in good order and update client information as needed
  • Comply with regulatory and internal process requirements
  • Perform special projects and other duties as needed

  • Has strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Is responsive to requests and communicative, providing regular progress updates
  • Can take initiative and act proactively (i.e. anticipates problems, raises suggestions)
  • Can take direction from multiple sources and prioritize a variety of tasks daily
  • Can work both independently and in a team structure with a diverse group of people
  • Has excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, including a positive attitude
  • Has excellent technical skills and is effective using:
    • Outlook (email, calendars, folders, shared inboxes)
    • Word (creating documents, filling in templates)
    • Excel (entering and sorting data, managing spreadsheets, basic formulas (for reconciliations)
    • PowerPoint (creating basic slides, using appropriate firm branding),
    • Teams (chat/text)
    • Zoom
    • Microsoft Suite
  • CRM database management system preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational role at a bank or financial institution is preferred
